💌 A Sunday Kind of Letter — An Ode to Slow Mornings & Quiet Revolutions

In a world that asks us to give everything—always proving, pleasing, performing—this letter is your permission to slow down.

Slow mornings are my favorite. Sitting in a cozy chair, coffee in hand, Bella by my feet, and my journal nearby, waiting to be greeted.  That’s how I hope this weekly newsletter finds you on a Sunday.  Before the Sunday Scaries set in and the week takes over.

The Sunday Kind of Letter is more than a newsletter. It’s a place to deeply exhale and reflect on career, identity shifts, soft ambition, and the emotional clarity that often hides behind overthinking. A space committed to rest; to the quiet moments where we can reset—the moments when we forget about the hustle and bustle of the week to come and just be.  So much of our lives is centered around the pressure to earn. Earn money, earn love, earn people’s time. We forget we’re enough as we are.

You’ll also get the latest coaching offers, seasonal prompts, and resources designed to meet you where you are—without the noise. This is your one-stop hub for updates, support invitations, and soulful recalibration.

One of my favorite things to do on Sundays is to listen to A Sunday Kind of Love playlist while I laze around the house, dreaming up how my Sundays would look in other versions of my life and pretending that Monday doesn’t exist.

I wanted to re-create that in a newsletter.

Because like the feeling invoked by the song A Sunday Kind of Love,— a feeling of longing for something deeper, something that lasts; this newsletter is a space for slow musings, lingering thoughts, and quiet moments you’ll grow to love.

This is for the women choosing discernment over checkboxes—the ones navigating life with grace & guts, redefining success beyond timelines, titles & expectations. The place where perspectives linger and community conversations unfold.

If you’re craving thoughtful conversations, reflection, and a space to exhale, you belong here.

I hope to see you around. Until then, here’s to slow mornings and quiet revolutions.🤎
